If your candidate dashboard login page looks like this:

- Click the ‘Forgot Username or Password?’ link.
- Select the ‘I don’t know my username’ button.
- You will be required to enter your First Name, Last Name and either your phone number or email address used when initially creating your account.
- Click ‘Continue’.
- You will be required to provide answers to three selected Security questions.
- Once completed, your username will be displayed on the page.
Alternatively, if your candidate dashboard login page looks like the below, your username is the email address you used to register your account.
